Our goal is to provide you with stylish, trendy, and fun shoes, purses, bags, totes, belts and accessories for toddlers, girls and women. We don’t believe that you have to spend a fortune on shoes and accessories to keep in style. Where ever we walk, people always comment on how fabulous our shoes, purses and belts are. It’s amazing how a pair of shoes can give you such an upbeat attitude! Let your feet have fun!

Shipping/Handling
We ship all items within 3 business days of receiving payment. In most cases we ship same day by USPS. Please contact us if you would like to arrange alternative delivery within the United States. Please contact us for shipping charges outside the United States. We know you are excited to see your Diva items and we make every effort to satisfy all of our customers.
In the instance that you need your items quicker we offer a variety of other shipping options:
1. Next Day Delivery: United States
Monday - Friday Delivery. Cut off time applies for next day delivery. We reserve the right to add shipping charges if necessary but will contact you before a shipment is made. Can ship up to 3 items.

Cut off time applies for Saturday delivery. We reserve the right to add shipping charges if necessary but will contact you before a shipment is made. Can ship up to 3 items.

3. 2nd Day Delivery - United States
Cut off time applies. We reserve the right to add shipping charges if necessary but will contact you before a shipment is made. Can ship up to 3 items.

4. International Delivery- Cut off time applies. We reserve the right to add shipping charges if necessary but will contact you before a shipment is made. Can ship up to 2 items and should arrive in 7-10 business days.

Combined Shipping
Our shipping and handling charges are $6.75 per item unless specifically noted on the item. If you purchase more than 1 item you may take a $2.00 discount off the 2nd item and $3.00 off the 3rd item. First item remains at full price. There are exceptions to discounts on items and we will note within the description if shipping discount is not available.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition , in the original box with all tags and labels attached. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for worn or damaged merchandise.
Please contact one of our customer service representatives in order to obtain a return or exchange authorization number at 866-456-DIVA or email us @ info@mydivagirlz.com. Refunds will not be given unless a return authorization number has been issued. A $6.00 re-stock fee will be charged on all returns and deducted from any refunds issued. A $6.00 re-ship fee will be charged on all exchanges. Please enclose a check made payable to My Diva Girlz with your exchange package or call us with your Credit Card information.
Due to our affordable pricing we do not pay for the shipping charges on any returned or exchanged items.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or payment method that was used for your purchase. Please allow 14 day for us to process the return credit once we have received the items you are returning.
An email confirmation notifying you of the credit issued will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
We will not issue refunds for worn or used merchandise. We do not accept returns on handbags or accessories.
We do not refund any shipping charges for any reason and are not responsible for delivery delays once the item leaves our warehouse. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
