1. How do I set
up my email?
3 Son's web hosting clients can set
up POP Accounts, Forwarders/Aliases, & Auto-Responders
in the Web Browser Control Panel that comes
with every 3 Son's web hosting package. This
can be done by yourself, and without any assistance
from the 3 Son's staff.
2. How do I upload my files?
All 3 Son's web hosting packages allow
the usage of FTP, SSH, File Manager, MS FrontPage,
and any other web development publishing program,
to upload files to your website.
3. How fast are websites set up?
New accounts are normally setup within
a few hours. We opt to manually process our
accounts to allow the one-on-one service our
clients are entitled to, and we also feel that
there is less cause for error when we manually
process accounts. Because of this, activation
is not immediate, but it is timely.
4. Does my website get a control panel?
Yes. Every 3 Son's web hosting package
comes with a web browser based control panel.
The control panel includes many features including;
email configurations, chat rooms, mailing lists,
pre-installed cgi scripts, databases, chat rooms,
and much, much, more...
5. Can I have adult content on my website?
No, We do not offer adult hosting on
our servers at this time.

7. How long have you been in business?
3 Son's Studio has been in business
since 2000 and up until 2004 only hosted our
own clients' websites. We began offering hosting
solutions to the public in 2004.
8. Do you support International domain
names and clients?
3 Son's can host all international
domains on its servers. 3 Son's can accept foreign
clientele, just please be advised that all correspondence
must be conducted in English. The client is
responsible for handling the registration process
of foreign domain name(s). This must be pointed
to nameservers on the 3 Son's network as assigned,
or you can use other nameservers and route the
domain name to the IP address you are assigned.
3 Son's cannot handle the foreign domain registration
process for you, due to the fact that we do
not speak all of the potential foreign languages
that may be involved. 3 Son's will assist you
however, with any technical information need
to accomplish this.
9. How is my website monitored?
Our servers are checked every 5 minutes
via network monitoring software. 3 Son's monitors
uptime as well as individual features and services
running on each server. 3 Son's staff is notified
via alarms, email, screen popups, and paging,
if a problem occurs.
10. Do you have battery backups and
generators?
Yes we do.
1.5 Megawatt Cummins Diesel Generator with 24X7
fuel contracts in place.
Three-225 KvA Liebert uninterruptible power
supplies with multiple battery strings.
Dual DC power plants
Flexible power options to include multiple configurations
of AC & DC.
11. How many sites are currently running
on per server?
3 Son's does not have a set quantity
of domains running on each machine. We find
that ten domains can utilize more resources
than 200 others. 3 Son's monitors each server's
performance levels and attempts to maintain
a low server load average and high cpu availability.
As needed, 3 Son's will upgrade the hardware,
to increase server performance. Individual domains
that become to much for the server to handle,
and utilize too much server resources, are moved
to servers set up specifically for such resource
intensive accounts.
12. Can I host more than one domain
name per account?
No - at this time we only allow one
domain per account.
13. Do you support ASP?
No - at this time we do not offer Windows
hosting.

16. How do I get started?
First - you'll need to register the
domain name you would like to use with your
